I've been purusing a career in distributed systems across multiple industries through my internships and am passionate about cloud computing, data analytics and finance.

Local Storage Service
A secure file storage solution for distributed access to localized cloud storage. Provides a REST API for user management, file storage, access control, log auditing, and MFA. Built with Spring Boot to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.

An end-to-end trading advisor built on a modified SSPT transformer with dual output heads for return prediction and directional confidence. A volatility-aware ATR + VWAP rules engine converts AI forecasts into executable trade signals across 69 Hang Seng Index stocks, with live portfolio monitoring and backtested results of 67% IRR and a 5.5 Sharpe ratio.

Worked on the Jio Edge Cloud platform, combining a new cloud service provider with edge-based telecom infrastructure. Built production-deployed data pipelines and search engines using Apache Kafka, Apache Lucene, and OpenStack.

Traveled from Hong Kong to 11 rural villages in Rwanda. Installed solar-powered lighting in 400 homes and self-initiated a localized education intranet with mobile device access — a project that changed my perspective on what technology can mean for people.
